Our Board

Tret FureTret Fure, Co-chair

Tret is a touring singer/songwriter with 13 CDs and albums to her credit.  She also is  a guitar teacher and painter when she’s home. She has been co-chair of New Harvest for two years and has been on the board for four. She lives in Madison when not on the road, which she is most weekends.

 

 

Mark PorterMark Porter, Co-chair

Mark lives with his partner and their six cats in the Town of Rutland. He is surprised and pleased to join New Harvest again after 15 years absence. When not volunteering, Mark manages IT Services for Flad Architects.

 

 

Sande Janagold, Vice Co-chair

Sande has lived in Madison for over 20 years. She is a C.P.A. who has been involved with many nonprofits and currently works for the Rainbow Project.

 

 

Michael Shoultz, Vice Co-chair

Michael has served on the NHF board for the past five years as one of the Vice Co-Chairs and currently serves as chair of the Comunication’s Committee. He works as an autism consultant for the Madison school district, has two wonderful adult children, and lives in Cambridge in an awesome 150+ year old home.

 

 

Kevin Sweeney, Treasurer

Kevin recently moved back to Madison where he went to the UW and afterwards worked in a CPA firm and as an accountant for a non profit organization before moving to Chicago. In Chicago he worked as a managing director of a corporate entertainment company and then as a Senior Vice President of a design and advertising agency. Kevin will utilize his expertise in business management, accounting, marketing & advertising, human resources, IT and database management to benefit NHF.

 


Kelly Chambers

Kelly comes to the New Harvest Foundation with experience in political fundraising and business marketing. Most recently, he has served on United States Senate campaigns in Indiana and Illinois, before moving back to Wisconsin to be closer to family and friends.

 

 

Lisa Hart

Lisa works for the Wisconsin Conference of the United Church of Christ as their Coordinator for Youth Ministries. Hart was involved in Fair Wisconsin’s work against the Marriage Amendment and helped fundraise for the Verona Public Library building campaign. She has a husband and two teenagers.

 

 


Andrew Irving

Andrew has lived in Madison for 20 years. He’s a Sr. Lecturer and Advisor in French at UW-Madison and also Director of the French House.

 

 

Steve Wilcox

Steve moved to Madison for a second time in February 2010 to live with his partner, Jake Christian. He now works in Avid’s Madison office as a product trainer and curriculum developer. Steve worked in television news for 26 years as a videographer, producer and news director before joining Avid.  Steve hopes to use his video and photography to help the New Harvest Foundation share stories about the people and communities being helped with NHF grants.
